The Problem

FinEdge's legacy monolithic React SPA suffered from severe client-side JavaScript bloat, causing high Time to Interactive (TTI), poor SEO crawlability due to client rendering, and terrible Core Web Vitals that hurt their search rankings in a highly competitive niche.

The Solution

Architected a Next.js App Router application leveraging React Server Components (RSC) to shifting heavy data lifting to the server. Implemented advanced caching strategies, streaming partial prerendering, dynamic sitemaps, and optimized font/image loading with Next/Image and Next/Font to slash total block times.

The Results

Achieved perfect 100/100 Lighthouse scores, reduced server response times exponentially, and catapulted non-branded organic traffic by resolving indexability issues and taking advantage of superior content delivery.
